Britney Spears may have enlisted Lady Gaga for her upcoming eighth studio album "Britney Jean."

Fans of the superstars have created speculation about the possible collaboration by digging up clues from their Twitter pages.

On Tuesday, British producer William Orbit revealed the title of a song he contributed to Britney's album called "Aliens."  The title triggered the memories of fans, who recalled a tweet from the Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am to Gaga last week.  The rapper is serving as the executive producer of Britney's album.

He called Gaga a "#creativeALIEN," a compliment that's now being taken as a dropped hint by those hopeful for a duet.

It wouldn't be the first time Britney and Gaga have collaborated.  Gaga was featured on a bonus track called "Quicksand" on Britney's 2008 album Circus
